Tender pork strips with three mustards finished in a velvety cream full bodied red wine sauce.

Scotch fillet of beef topped with wild forest mushrooms wrapped in parma ham served with a rich wild thyme and port wine sauce and sautéed shallots.

Slow roasted lamb steaks
Tender lamb steaks in a intensely rich rosemary and red currant pan gravy, served with quenelle of sautéed leek .

Aberdeen Angus beef
Ever so slowly braised Scotch beef steak on a horseradish and Savoy cabbage potato cake finished with its own dark, luxury, full bodied sauce.
